Running Deeper C++/C/Java

This step is to download files, using the Apache Commons Net library, which directly outputs the file to a given location.

Downloading the file takes time, but it will not affect the runtime as it is async.

Upload should be simple too, but it will use an InputStream instead of an OutputStream.

I will be making all of these with a GUI soon, and make my own Java FTP client.

SFTP will be out of my reach for now.
