Today was another weekday interning at Netmarble.

However, it was a Wednesday, which meant that Netmarble’s long-running “마구마구” baseball game was undergoing an update, from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

As the deadline approached, everyone became a lot busier. Everyone started typing faster, and on.

Even though everyone was working hard, and the update released on schedule, something went wrong.

The update didn’t work on the test server, and it was postponed. Everyone then went off to eat lunch, no-one skipped a meal(haha!)

After the meal, everyone was ready to start again. The testers finished the bug reports, the programmers deployed the update again to the testing server, and in a few hours, the entire update was deployed to the real server. The monitoring job took a lot longer, but it worked.

Later that day, a famous Korean youtuber that I did not know visited Netmarble for a sponsor-like deal.

Everyone lined up for a selfie, but the line was around forty people long, and there was not enough time for me to get one, nor was I interested. I snagged this photo of the YouTuber taking selfies for people however.
